We have arrived!

We have arrived! After spending 29 hours in the air and covering a distance of nearly 7500 miles in all, we are at our new home in Hoskins, West New Britain, Papua New Guinea. The first thing to hit us about our new home was the heat! And then we were told that this was the coolest time of the year. Our travels to get here took us through Hong Kong where a friend of a friend showed us around for about 18 hours and then to Cairns, Australia where we stayed for 3 days to recuperate from jet lag and prepare ourselves for our life in PNG. To all of those that have been praying for us along the way, we are so grateful to you, God made our journey smooth and uneventful and as we sit here writing this to all of you, our hearts are glad for your friendships.
